How to Track Your Order
Tonic Greens orders are fulfilled and shipped through one of our authorized retail partners — BuyGoods, ClickBank, or MaxWeb — depending on how you placed your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Step 1: Check Your Email
After placing your order, you will receive two emails from BuyGoods:
- Order Confirmation Email: This confirms your order was placed successfully and includes your order number
- Shipping Confirmation Email: This is sent once your order ships and includes your tracking number and a link to track your package
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
Step 2: Track via Your Retailer
You can track your order directly through the retailer that processed your purchase:
▶ If you purchased through BuyGoods:
- Go to www.buygoods.com/contact
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
- Click "Track Order" to view your shipment status
▶ If you purchased through ClickBank:
- Go to www.clkbank.com
- Use the Order Lookup tool with your order number or email address
- View your order details, shipment status, and tracking information
▶ If you purchased through MaxWeb:
- Visit maxweb.com or email support@maxweb.com
- Provide your order number and email for tracking assistance
Step 3: Track via Carrier
Once you have your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email, you can also track your package directly through the shipping carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location).

- Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after shipment
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, typically 10-15 business days
- Free Shipping: Available on select multi-bottle packages (6-bottle supply includes free shipping)
Frequently Asked Questions
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number still doesn't work after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
I haven't received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam/junk email folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to our customer support team with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. Contact our support team as soon as possible to request an address change. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be altered.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Tonic Greens order.
